Within EU, normal delivery time is 3-6 business days.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All sent package will be trackable except Discovery Kits. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship to countries within the EU, as well as to the United States.

Within the EU, shipping is free.
For orders to the United States, a flat shipping fee of 25 USD applies.

Shipments to the U.S. are handled via FedEx, and delivery time is typically 5–10 business days. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery depending on local regulations.
